Doorventure.art is a community arts organization that creates and opens doors to new experiences. Whether you attend our live immersive shows across the city or stream our original series at home, we build worlds you can truly step inside.
Hi, I’m Dennis Spielman. After years of producing a local travel series, filming live shows, and recording events, I realized how many incredible, fleeting moments disappear simply because no one is there to capture them. That’s why I’m building Doorventure.art. We won’t be just another algorithmic streaming app, but a member-supported community arts organization dedicated to giving strange, wonderful, and meaningful stories a permanent home. While my ultimate dream is to transform an old department store into an immersive, explorable art space and live-filming studio, we’re starting now by creating pop-up experiences like sci-fi radio plays in coffee shops and STEM talks in local bookstores. I’m currently sharing this entire journey on Patreon, and I’d love for you to join as a member to help build a true “third place” where artists and audiences can discover something new together.

Join Mr. Menace the Sixth for your corporate-approved comedy allowance as three witches improvise their way through retail purgatory in the chaotic horror-comedy game show, Haunted Shuffle!
Admission is free, but seating is limited and first-come, first-served, so put on your most spell-bound outfit for this live comedy game show. Doors open at 4 pm, and the show starts soon after.

You have been summoned to Legally Brewed to serve as an audience member for a unique improv comedy show. In this event, the defense and prosecution teams will compete to determine whether the defendant is guilty of altering one of Hades’ punishments by replacing Sisyphus’s boulder with a portable video game console.
Admission is free! Doors open at 11 am, making it the perfect time to catch a show before brunch.
